Since there is only moments remaining before it is announced I shall say who my picks for the next Doctor were;

Peter Wingfield, Aidan Gillen, or Hugh Grant [the last being mostly crack because I teased people with it]

I must say they really are going in a different direction! I am SO wondering what the regeneration will be like! [because he just looks so young! Like a teenager O:]

Looking at the pictures/screenshots I am reminded of Peter Parker in "Spiderman 3" o_o; I hope he loses the emo!fringe when they start filming. I want a Doctor I am not stuck laughing at...

Got the text, thanks, babe. Yes, they are going in a different direction, and I think we have had this conversation already. I am slightly worried about that... I mean, from "funny, quirky, and slightly clueless" to what looks like a "grimmer" Doctor... Hmmmmmm. Not that I have anything against "grim" I am just slightly worried about that. What exactly does Smith have that other actors didn't have? Oh well, we will find out in due time. Until then, hold on to your TARDIS console and just enjoy the ride.

I look forward to the future though! I just hope he still have some quirks to him and some humour. I can't do completely grim myself.

I'd rather hold onto a Doctor and enjoy the ride ;P
